Sponsors Wanted

2008 – Sponsorship Request

Plans for the Association’s 2008 shows are well underway.  There is an opportunity for Members sponsor classes at the show, as well as other activities planned for the 2008 year.  Sponsorship options are as follows:

Championship Show – £35.00 per class, to cover prize cards, rosettes and limited edition bronze medallions produced specifically for the 2008 year for 1st to 3rd place.

Open Shows - £20.00 per class, to cover prize cards, rosettes and pewter medallions for 1st to 3rd place.

International Field Trial – 21st July 2008 - this will be the first event of its kind – sponsorship towards  commemorative items for competitors and prizes welcomed.

General Fund – we would be pleased to receive donations to our general 2008 fund, to be used to support the provision of the events planned throughout the year.  If you would prefer, your donation could be made specifically towards a particular event (eg. open show championship show, parade of champions, gala dinner, field trial).

Advertising – advertising space will be available in the catalogue for the championship show on 19th July.  This will be a special souvenier edition, produced in full colour and will contain 3 generation pedigrees of all the dogs entered at the show.

Trophies – we would be pleased to discuss offers of donations of a trophy, to be won outright by winners, for the awards of Best in Show, Reserve Best in Show, Best Puppy and Best Veteran at each of our shows.

All sponsorships will be fully acknowledged in the appropriate catalogue – making this an exciting opportunity to support the Association and to promote your kennel.

If you would like to sponsor our 2008 plans please download and complete the relevant form and return it with a cheque for the appropriate amount.  As you will appreciate, we hope many Members will come forward with offers of sponsorship and therefore applications will be treated strictly on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
